Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 28, 2025, BluSky AI, Inc. (“BluSky” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the signing of an LOI to lease approximately two acres of land at the White Cloud facility located in Wells, Nevada.
