Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Align Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it is planning to repurchase $200.0 million of the Company’s common stock through open market repurchases under the Company’s $1.0 billion stock repurchase program that was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors in April 2025.
