On August 1, 2025, the World Financial Network Credit Card Master Trust (the “Trust”) acquired approximately $375,000,000.00 of receivables in supplemental accounts pursuant to Assignment No. 17 of Receivables in Supplemental Accounts and Designation No. 20 of Approved Portfolios, dated as of August 1, 2025, among WFN Credit Company, LLC, as transferor, Comenity Bank, as servicer, and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee of the Trust.

Assignment No. 17 of Receivables in Supplemental Accounts and Designation No. 20 of Approved Portfolios is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
