On October 15, 2025, Entegris, Inc. announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share to be paid on November 19, 2025 to shareholders of record on the close of business on October 29, 2025. A copy of this news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
