Following this transaction, the Reporting Person owned 131,940 shares of Common Stock, not 127,940 shares as originally reported. The Reporting Person owned an additional 4,000 shares of Common Stock, which were inadvertently omitted from the original Form 4.
- [F3]As stated in footnote number 2, this amended Form 4 is filed to correct the amount of securities beneficially owned by the Reporting Person following the reported transactions. Following this transaction, the Reporting Person owned 121,940 shares of Common Stock, not 117,940 shares as originally reported. In addition, the inadvertent omission of the additional 4,000 shares of Common Stock beneficially owned by the Reporting Person affected subsequent reports on Form 4 filed on (i) November 12, 2003, (ii) November 13, 2003, (iii) November 17, 2003, (iv) November 20, 2003, and (v) November 26, 2003. In each of these subsequent reports on Form 4, the amount of securities beneficially owned by the Reporting Person following the reported transactions should have included an additional 4,000 shares of Common Stock, which were inadvertently omitted.
