On August 1, 2005, Accellent Corp. (the “Company”), announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2005. A copy of the earnings release is furnished to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission with this current report on Form 8-K as exhibit 99.1.

Effective July 27, 2005, Daniel J. Pulver resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company and Accellent Inc., the Company’s parent.
