On November 9, 2005, Peregrine Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2005, which includes financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2005. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
