Effective May 23, 2006, Mr. Jeff Broin resigned from the registrant’s Board of Managers. Following Mr. Broin’s resignation, the Class B Member, Broin Investments II, LLC, elected Mr. Jeff Fox of the Broin Companies to serve on the Board of Managers as a representative of the Class B Member.
