On March 6, 2007, 1-800 CONTACTS, INC. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating and financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2006 ended December 30, 2006. A copy of the press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1.
