Fisher and Alexander Navab, Jr. Mr. Greene is a director of the Issuer and may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of any shares beneficially owned by KKR 1996 GP, L.L.C. Each such Reporting Person, other than Hubcap Acqusition L.L.C., disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, except to the extent of his or its pecuniary interest therein. The filing of this statement shall not be deemed an admission that, for the purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or otherwise, the Reporting Persons, other than Hubcap Acqusition L.L.C, are the beneficial owners of all such equity securities covered by this statement.
