- [F1]On June 16, 2009, Old RMR Asia Pacific Real Estate Fund ("Old RAP") reorganized with RMR Asia Pacific Real Estate Fund ("RAP"). In this reorganization the assets of Old RAP were transferred to, and the liabilities of Old RAP were assumed by, RAP in exchange for common shares of RAP. In connection with this reorganization, Mr. Koumantzelis acquired an amount of RAP common shares with an aggregate net asset value equal to the aggregate net asset value of the Old RAP common shares owned by Mr. Koumantzelis on June 16, 2009, and Mr. Koumantzelis's Old RAP common shares were cancelled on the books of Old RAP and became null and void.
