Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. or "Oaktree" is one of two investment managers of each of the OCM/GFI Funds. As a result, Oaktree may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of the shares held by GT Solar Holdings, LLC. By virtue of being a managing director of Oaktree, Mr. Forth may be deemed to have or share beneficial ownership of shares beneficially owned by Oaktree.
