Kabel Deutschland GmbH’s Senior Notes upgraded to ‘B+’ by Standard & Poor’s

Unterfoehring, February 24, 2010 — The ratings for the €250 million 10.75% and US$610 million 10.625% Senior Notes due 2014 were raised one notch yesterday from ‘B’ to ‘B+’ by Standard and Poor’s Ratings Services. The issuer is Kabel Deutschland GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of stock listed Kabel Deutschland Holding AG. This upgrade took into consideration the extended maturities for the Senior credit facilities successfully achieved in January 2010.
