On July 20, 2010, Mr. Alberto Bautista tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors effective immediately.

On July 23, 2010, Ms. Cheryl Hoffman-Bray, Mr. Michel Darnaud and Mr. Philippe Gastone resigned from the Board of Directors.
