On November 5, 2010, Ahern Rentals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will hold a conference call for press and analysts at 12 p.m. PST on Friday, November 12, 2010 to discuss matters covered in the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2010.

The press release announcing the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
