On February 1, 2011, Keith Leonard resigned as a member of our board of directors, or the Board, including as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Leonard’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with us on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices, or regarding the general direction of our company.
