Item 8.01. Other Events.

On February 17, 2011, our board of directors, or the Board, appointed Lars Ekman to the Audit Committee of the Board, or the Audit Committee. Dr. Ekman’s appointment to the Audit Committee fills the vacancy created by the resignation of Keith Leonard on February 1, 2011. The Board has determined that Dr. Ekman meets the requirements for independence and financial literacy of audit committee members under the applicable listing standards of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
