Talecris Biotherapeutics Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) ~~held~~on ~~its~~May 12, 2011 ~~Annual~~exercised ~~Meeting~~its right under the indenture dated as of October 21, 2009 between the Company and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee (the “~~Annual Meeting~~Trustee”) to call for redemption $60 million aggregate principal amount of ~~Stockholders~~the Company’s 7.75% Senior Notes Due 2016 (the “Notes”). The Company intends to redeem (the “Redemption”) on ~~May~~June 313, 2011~~. Four~~ ~~proposals~~(the ~~were~~“Redemption ~~submitted~~Date”) ~~to,~~10% ~~and~~of ~~approved~~the ~~by,~~originally ~~stockholders~~issued ataggregate principal amount of the ~~Annual~~Notes ~~Meeting.~~issued ~~The~~on ~~proposals~~October 21, ~~are~~2009 ~~described~~(the inNotes ~~detail~~being inredeemed, the ~~Company’s~~“Redemption ~~proxy~~Notes”).
