On February 6, 2012, NCO Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, NCO Financial Systems, Inc., has signed Assurance of Voluntary Compliance agreements with the following States: Alaska, Arkansas, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
