On April 12, 2012, Reddy Ice Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2011. The earnings press release is contained in Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
