- [F1]On March 30, 2011, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 200,000 shares of Affinity Gaming's (formerly, Affinity Gaming, LLC) common stock, which consisted of (i) 100,000 shares of time vesting options and (ii) 100,000 shares of performance vesting options. The performance vesting shares vests in three equal annual installments based on Affinity Gaming's satisfaction of certain performance criteria on December 31, 2011, 2012 and 2013. The performance criteria for 2011 were met, resulting in vesting of 33,330 shares. The performance criteria for 2012 were partially met, resulting in vesting of 28,997 shares.
