Item 8.01 Other Events.

On July 1, 2013, Good Sam Enterprises, LLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the commencement of an offer to purchase up to $4,950,000 in principal amount of the Company’s outstanding 11.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2016 (the “Notes”). The offer is being made by the Company as an excess cash flow offer pursuant to the Indenture, dated as of November 30, 2010, pursuant to which the Notes were issued. The contents of such press release are incorporated by reference in this Item 8.01.
