On December 10, 2013, HD Supply, Inc.’s parent company, HD Supply Holdings, Inc. (the “Company” or “HD Supply”) issued a press release, filed as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference, announcing the Company’s financial results for the three and nine months ended November 3, 2013.

The information contained in Item 7.01 concerning the presentation to HD Supply investors is hereby incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
