Item 8.01 Other Events.

As of May 25, 2017, 21st Century Oncology, Inc. (“21C”), a subsidiary of 21st Century Oncology Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) will post information regarding the business of the company and copies of the documents required by several non-disclosure agreements executed by 21C and certain holders of its 11.00% Senior Notes, due 2023 (the “Notes”) and certain lenders pursuant to its credit agreement, dated as of April 30, 2015 (the “Credit Agreement”), on a secure website to which access will be given to lenders under the Credit Agreement, prospective lenders, holders of the Notes, prospective investors in the Notes, securities analysts and market making financial institutions.
