Other Events.

Synchrony Bank entered into that certain Amended and Restated Sub-Servicing Agreement, effective as of January 1, 2019 (the “A&R Sub-Servicing Agreement”), between Synchrony Bank and SYNCHRONY FINANCIAL, pursuant to which Synchrony Bank agreed to provide to SYNCHRONY FINANCIAL the services described therein. The A&R Sub-Servicing Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
