Anholt Investments Ltd., Navco Management, Ltd., Path Spirit Limited, Anholt Services (USA), Inc., CGI Diversified Hungary Kft. and CGI Magyar Holdings, LLC disclaim beneficial ownership of the Shares, except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein.
