Management I has voting rights and investment control over the shares.
- [F2]The restricted stock units (each an "RSU") vest in approximately equal installments on each of the first three anniversaries of December 23, 2019, generally subject to continued service as a director through each applicable vesting date. See footnote 4 for additional information related to the applicable director.
