The members of the Sponsor are Dalvey Partners (BVI) Limited and Liber Pater, LLC. Dalvey Partners (BVI) Limited is controlled by Ravi Thakran. Liber Pater, LLC is controlled by J. Michael Chu and Scott A. Dahnke. Each of the Reporting Persons (other than the Sponsor) may be deemed a beneficial owner of shares held by the Sponsor but each disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by the Sponsor, except to the extent of his or its pecuniary interest therein.
