Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 7, 2020, GCI Liberty, Inc., the parent company of GCI, LLC (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the Company has closed its previously announced offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of new 4.750% senior notes due 2028 (the “Offering”). The Offering was made pursuant to an exemption under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

This Current Report on Form 8-K and the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 are being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission under Item 7.01 of Form 8-K in satisfaction of the public disclosure requirements of Regulation FD and shall not be deemed “filed” for any purpose.
