Other Events.

On November 20, 2020, Neurotrope, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors approved the conditional distribution in connection with the previously announced spin-off (the “Spin-Off”) of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Neurotrope Bioscience, Inc. and set November 30, 2020 as the shareholder of record date and December 7, 2020 as the anticipated distribution date for the Spin-Off.
