(the "Company") used a portion of the net proceeds received from its November 13, 2020 public offering of 7,000,000 shares of common stock (the "Offering") to purchase an aggregate of 125,599 shares of the Company's common stock and Partnership Common Units held by The KFT 2018 NY Trust for $13.30 per share, which is the same price at which the underwriters purchased the shares in the Offering.
