- [F1]Boaz Energy II, LLC ("Boaz Energy") directly owns the Trust Units of the Issuer. On February 2, 2021, NGP X US Holdings, L.P. and NGP Boaz Energy II Co-Invest LLC entered into a Redemption and Assignment Agreement with Boaz Energy, pursuant to which Boaz Energy purchased and redeemed all of the membership interests of Boaz Energy held by NGP X US Holdings, L.P. and NGP Boaz Energy II Co-Invest LLC. As a result, NGP X US Holdings, L.P. and NGP Boaz Energy II Co-Invest LLC no longer beneficially own shares of the Issuer and are no longer reporting persons.
