Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 1, 2021, Magnus Helgason notified ProSight Global, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Board of Directors of the Company and the Risk Committee of the Board of Directors of which he is a member, effective as of March 1, 2021. Mr. Helgason’s resignation did not involve a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
