Other Events.

On April 20, 2022, the Board of Directors of Cincinnati Bancorp, Inc. declared a one-time, special cash dividend of $1.00 per share on its outstanding shares of common stock, payable on or about May 12, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 2, 2022.
