On ~~March 23~~May 10, 2022, Convey Health Solutions Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release reporting the Company’s financial results ~~for~~ for the quarter ~~and full year~~ ended ~~December~~ March 31, ~~2021~~2022. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously announced, the Company will host a conference call on ~~March 23~~May 10, 2022, at 54:0030 PM ET to discuss its results for the quarter ~~and full year~~ ended ~~December~~ March 31, ~~2021~~2022.
