Item 8.01	Other Events.

On May 27, 2022, CDK Global, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the extension of the expiration date of its previously announced tender offers (the “Tender Offers”) to purchase for cash any and all of its issued and outstanding 4.500% Senior Notes due 2024, the interest rate of which adjusts from time to time and is currently 5.000% (the “2024 Notes”), 4.875% Senior Notes due 2027 (the “2027 Notes”) and 5.250% Senior Notes due 2029 (the “2029 Notes” and, together with the 2024 Notes and the 2027 Notes, the “Notes”) and related solicitation of consents (the “Solicitations”) to the adoption of certain proposed amendments to the indentures governing the Notes. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and incorporated by reference herein.
