On September 29, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing that the effective time for redeeming all of its outstanding shares of Class A common stock in connection with the Company’s liquidation will be the close of business on October 5, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
