These RSUs are subject to the same terms and conditions applicable to such Xperi Holding Corporation awards. The RSUs shall vest as follows: 12,255 shares shall vest in two equal installments on July 28, 2023 and July 28, 2024; 14,236 shares shall vest in three equal installments on March 1, 2023 and annually thereafter until fully vested; 6,355 shares shall vest in full on March 1, 2023; and 26,462 shares shall vest in four equal installments on March 1, 2023 and annually thereafter until fully vested.
