Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 9, 2023, Dan Watkoske, Senior Vice President – Print Solutions announced his intention to leave Veritiv Corporation (the “Company”) to pursue other interests. Mr. Watkoske will remain with the Company through March 31, 2023 to facilitate a smooth transition.
