- [F1]As previously disclosed in a June 6, 2023 Form 8-K relating to a JSE announcement disclosing transactions in Company shares, which transactions were also reflected in a prior Form 4, wherein shareholders were advised that Catherine Lewis' intention is to sell approximately 75 000 ordinary shares issued to her in respect of these retention shares (to cover the immediate tax obligation arising from the settlement of the retention shares). At the conclusion of this process, Catherine Lewis expects to have increased her shareholding in MiX Telematics by 75 000 shares, bringing her total shareholding to approximately 2 577 889 ordinary shares. Shareholders are accordingly advised that Catherine Lewis has sold 100 shares as detailed in the table above.
