Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 28, 2023, iMedia Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated Tim Peterman’s employment as Chief Executive Officer with the Company, effective immediately.

On August 28, 2023, the Company terminated Jean Sabatier’s employment as Executive Vice President and Chief Commerce Officer with the Company, effective immediately.
