LLC (the "Underwriter"), pursuant to the previously disclosed option granted to the Underwriter in the Underwriting Agreement, dated as of February 29, 2024, by and among BevCo, KDP and the Underwriter.

As such, each other Reporting Person herein may be deemed a beneficial owner of Shares held by JAB BevCo B.V.
