After the current transfer by Wiselink of 2,440,000 shares of the Issuer to Chen and 50,000 shares to Li Jie, Wiselink has 8,198 shares left, which Chen has reported under his control and beneficial ownership in addition to Chen's direct ownership of the Issuer.
