AlRajhi, a citizen of Saudi Arabia, Muhammad Asif Seemab, a citizen of Pakistan, and Snowball Compounding Ltd., an exempted company organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands ("Snowball", and together with Mithaq, Mithaq Global, Mithaq Capital, Turki Saleh A.
