Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders

On September 27, 2024, Seelos Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company") is scheduled to hold its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Meeting"). However, the Company anticipates a lack of quorum due to insufficient stockholder participation. As a result, the Meeting will be postponed to Friday, October 25, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Stockholders of record as of August 19, 2024 will be entitled to vote at the rescheduled Meeting.

On September 26, 2024, the Company issued a press release titled “Seelos Announces Postponement of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders,” relating to the postponement of the Meeting until Friday, October 25, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
