Supervisory Board Matters

Centogene N.V. (the “Company”) previously announced the resignation of Peer Schatz, Mary Sheahan and Jonathan Sheldon from the Supervisory Board of the Company (the “Supervisory Board”) effective as of September 30, 2024. Mr. Schatz and Ms. Sheahan have since each notified the Company that they will defer the effective date of their respective resignations from the Supervisory Board to October 15, 2024. The Supervisory Board has approved each such deferral.
