Results of PDD Holdings Inc.’s 2024 Annual General Meeting

At the 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders of PDD Holdings Inc. (the “Company”), held on December 20, 2024 at 7:00 a.m., Irish Standard Time (the “2024 Annual General Meeting”), shareholders of the Company adopted the following resolutions proposed by the Company:

as an ordinary resolution, THAT Mr. Lei Chen be re-elected as a director of the Company;

as an ordinary resolution, THAT Mr. Jiazhen Zhao be re-elected as a director of the Company;

as an ordinary resolution, THAT Mr. Anthony Kam Ping Leung be re-elected as a director of the Company;

as an ordinary resolution, THAT Mr. Haifeng Lin be re-elected as a director of the Company;

as an ordinary resolution, THAT Dr. Ivonne M.C.M. Rietjens be re-elected as a director of the Company; and

as an ordinary resolution, THAT Mr. George Yong-Boon Yeo be re-elected as a director of the Company.

A total of 5,531,165,536 votes, representing 99.3% of the total outstanding voting power as of November 27, 2024, Irish Standard Time, the record date, were present in person or by proxy at the 2024 Annual General Meeting. The results of the votes are as follows:
