Webcast and Investor Update Conference Call

Management of Terra Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) will host a webcast and investor update conference call on March 27, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time to provide financial and operational details of the Company’s performance for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2024, and to discuss the Company’s liquidity plans.
