Item 8.01

Other Events.

Quaker Chemical Corporation (the “Company” or “Quaker Houghton”) issued a press release on April 1, 2025 announcing it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Dipsol Chemicals Co., Ltd. (“Dipsol”), a company headquartered in Japan and a leading supplier of surface treatment and plating solutions and services primarily for the automotive and other industrial applications. The Company also announced the acquisition of Natech, Ltd. (“Natech”), a U.K.-based manufacturer of surface treatment chemicals.

The Company expects the acquisitions of Dipsol and Natech to expand the Company’s advanced solutions businesses in attractive end markets with solid growth characteristics, providing ample opportunity to cross-sell and meet the evolving needs of the Company’s global customers.

A copy of the press release, dated April 1, 2025, is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
