Other Events.

On April 17, 2025, Enfusion, Inc. (“Enfusion”) and Clearwater Analytics Holdings, Inc. (“Clearwater”) issued a joint press release announcing the preliminary results of the election by Enfusion shareholders regarding the form of merger consideration they wish to receive in connection with Clearwater’s acquisition of Enfusion.

A copy of the joint press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
